Returns: We offer a 30-day return policy for most of our products. Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Custom or special order items are not eligible for return.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United Arab Emirates, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 3 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
All returned items must be inspected by our team for damage before a refund can be issued. If the returned item is found to be damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to deduct the cost of repair from the refund amount.
Shipping fees are not refundable. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, and we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price for returned items that are not in their original condition and packaging. This fee covers the cost of inspecting and repacking the items.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If the original method of payment is no longer available or if the customer requests to receive the refund in a different form, we will issue the refund in the form of store credit.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or to charge additional fees if the returned item does not meet the conditions of our return policy.
