BBB Design Fz LLC, located in Dubai, offers shipping to most countries around the world. Our shipping policy applies to all orders placed on our website. Please note that if you are unsure if we ship to your location, you should contact us before placing an order at mail@bubble-baby-bed.com.

Order Processing: We process and ship orders within 15 to 30 business days after full payment has been received and verified. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times: Shipping rates vary depending on the shipping method and destination. Local orders in GCC region will be shipped for free. For international orders, the customer is responsible for any shipping and customs charges. Available shipping options and costs can be viewed during the checkout process. Delivery times depend on the shipping provider, after the product is shipped from our warehouse. BBB Design Fz LLC is not responsible for any customs or import taxes that may be charged on international orders, or any delays caused by the shipping carrier or by customs clearance.

Shipping Restrictions: BBB Design Fz LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that does not comply with our shipping restrictions. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, or to countries under sanctions or embargoes.

Order Tracking: You can track your order by clicking on the tracking link in the confirmation email you received from us. If you have any issues with tracking your order, please contact us.

Returns and Refunds: Our return and refund policy can be found on our website. Please note that BBB Design Fz LLC does not offer free return shipping, nor do we refund the original shipping cost or the return shipping cost.

Damaged or Lost Orders: BBB Design Fz LLC is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred during shipping. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item with a photo of the damage. If your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate the issue and provide a resolution.

Additional Information: Please note that while placing your order, it is important to ensure that your shipping address is correct, as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you. Shipping times quotes include up to 2 business days for processing and preparation for shipment, and you will either be contacted to set up a delivery appointment or sent an email notification with a tracking number for the delivery. Some orders may have a combination of different shipping methods. It is important to allow 3 to 4 business days to receive tracking information for small parcel deliveries, and 7 to 10 business days to receive tracking information for large parcel deliveries. If you have not received your tracking information after 10 days, please submit a request with our customer care team.
